Todd MaddalineTodd Maddaline is President and CEO of CCX Global and the acting main conduit between key purchasing clients and CCX. Todd was introduced to the business of Independent Distribution in 1996 when he joined Peabody, MA based NECX (now called Converge) as an OEM Sales and Purchasing Representative and later became a main DRAM memory contact within the organization. Todd founded CCX Global in 1997 with current Executive V.P. Jay Moore and is currently spearheading expansion as well as a Corporate Sales and philanthropic initiatives.

Prior to entering the electronic commodities business in 1996, Todd was a fully licensed Investment Advisor and Financial Planner with Merrill Lynch & Co. in Rhode Island, Smith Barney Shearson in Boston and later a licensed equities broker with Bear Stearns & Co. in Boston. He is also a licensed Rhode Island Real Estate Broker and President of AngelPhia Properties. Todd holds a B.S degree in Consumer Affairs and a minor in English Literature from the University of Rhode Island. Running, golf, investing, reading and his family are Todd’s primary areas of interest.

Jay MooreJay Moore is the Executive Vice President of CCX Global and The Chief contact for Asset Management and Recycling Projects and Contracting. Jay brings well over a decade of electronic asset purchasing, and sales and supply-chain solutions to CCX and was formerly Director of OEM purchasing. Building strategic OEM and CEM relationships has been Jay’s focus and he is currently implementing and expanding reverse supply chain solutions and asset disposition programs and services.

Prior to joining CCX Global in 1997, Jay was in the asset based lending division for several years with BankBoston (now Fleet Bank) and managed and executed funding and lending activities for key Bank clients in a portfolio in excess of $800 Million dollars. Jay holds a B.S. degree in Consumer Economics from The University of Rhode Island and is presently working towards attaining a Certified Purchasing Manager designation (CPM). Jay is also a professional spearfishing freediver and President of the Rhode Island Freediving Club. Other interests include golf and the outdoors.
